I love this company with all my heart

I know this review is quite long but I feel it s very important to read to the end Or just jump to the end I love this company with all my heart I ve been buying raw dog food from them for 5 maybe even 6 years now How time flies For 10 years now I ve had two rescue Lhasa Apsos one age 16 the other 11 plus a Bichon x poodle age 12 from a pup They mostly only go to the vet once a year for vaccinations a check up as they have never been so healthy happy Long walks on the beach help but I put their longevity down to their diet Healthy raw healthy treats This company has now started doing these healthy treats But do you know why else I love this company so much It s the owner family members who work in the company Forget emailing I pick up the phone always had my call answered My phone numbers are now on their display because I m always greeted by Hello Suz how are you I phone to ask about the food treats sometimes if the flavours in the boxes can be altered for a change They are happy to answer all questions talk through the content of the food which are suitable for your dogs requirements My girl Lhasa must be on a low fat diet due to pancreatitus so they advise me which of their meats to avoid It s hardly any anyway The delivery company DPD is great most of the time but occasionally hiccups happen but this company puts right anything that goes wrong even if it s not their fault out of their control But as I said 99 of orders go through with no problems at all I couldn t believe when they even started delivering on Sundays Wonderful if that s what you needed DPD are also ok in my area so it all works well Christmas is the only time we need to be aware there is a cut off point for ordering but as that s only once a year we don t mind Just remember to order before 3pm any day of the week for next day delivery I m always a bit sad when we go off in our caravan as obviously we can t have a delivery where we have parked up the freezer is too small to take all our requirements for the dogs dinners with us We have now bought a large cooler freezer box to carry as much as we can to keep the dogs on their correct diet to not cause any tummy problems If you ve read this far I thank you please believe me when I say you can t go far wrong with this company JUST AFTER POSTING MY REVIEW ON HERE I FOUND THE COMPANY IS ALSO ON EBAY THE REVIEWS WERE AMAZING OVER 35 000 CUSTOMERS CAN T BE WRONG THANK YOU

Been using middleton for nearly 2 year now on my rottweiler pupHe s ate nothing else and will snub any kind of sweet or treat Just wants his full carcass bone meat etc chicken veg complete meal and green tripe nothing elseI bury chunky diced chicken as he s still growing but eats it without just the same I ll alternate chicken hearts etc each month for variety If its not middleton raw food he simply sniffs it glowers at me n walks off even if he s hungry A Dogs sense of smells says it allOut of all these monthly now twice a month large packages ive had only 1 dpd issue which was swiftly resolved literally in 5mins by middleton cs Great customer service great productWas highly recommended by my pups Scottish farmer breeder We re always getting compliments about my rottie pups size beautiful coat and how I ve achieved such a fine specimen of the breedI Highly recommend middleton food to anyone wanting the best for thier fur babyEdit after reading other reviews Kibble to raw food is a huge change in diet so make a planYou may need to introduce slowly if your pet has not had raw before Out of so far approx 3 000 500g tubes of complete chicken meal green tripe chicken hearts etc eaten my pup has had the runs only twice in almost 2 years but his immune system is so strong due to the raw food diet both times it was gone in a dayHe did have a very slight and small dry skin issue on 1 elbow after 9months but the pre and probiotic addys seems to have sorted that outIt s never bothered himHis teeth are immaculate If he wasn t such a dafty at times he d be a crufts winnerHe s literally stunning from this diet
