Five star customer service
Having previously had issues with pallet deliveries from another garden furniture specialist I was slightly apprehensive on ordering large garden furniture again however I cannot fault at any point the service I have received from Midlands and in particular Jemma Five star customer service all the way through from placing the order to communication on delivery and ultimately being satisfied with my furniture Will be looking to Midlands for any future orders

Our new Conservatory Furniture is amazing The warm and friendly welcome along with a cup of tea from Darren when visiting the showroom As much time as we wanted to look around Advice but no pressure to purchase Jemma was quick and efficient sending out details and always at the end of a phone for help and advice Delivery was quick and efficient from Brian and Rory A highly efficient service delivered brilliantly

Great Customer Service
Found the company online and spoke to Jemma who answered a number of questions I had about my potential order She was very knowledgeable and easy to deal with which gave me the confidence to place the order over the phone The garden furniture arrived as arranged There was a slight manufacturing problem with one of the chairs which was replaced very promptly Overall a great family run business competitively priced and easy to deal with I would highly recommend this company

Top-notch company for online shopping
Probably one of the best online shopping experiences I ve had from start to finish I always worry about buying furniture online as bulky items are rarely delivered unblemished but now I know somewhere I can shop again with complete trust A couple of minor snags were dealt with swiftly efficiently and to my complete satisfaction Communication is excellent with immediate responses and prices are very very competitive
