It was all really smooth going The delivery men unpacked it and brought it straight into the house Took all the shipping bolts out of it etc They even wanted to connect it up and take away the old one for us But after years of plumbing I was ready for doing that anyway The warranty was a little complicated but there s an English tab on there and it s just a bit unfriendly but works ok The machine itself is brilliant being grey behind a built in rather than white it looks so much more stylish Will definitely use this company again The manual came in Spanish but you can download the English version pretty easily It only has 4 stars for the programmes as I can t seem to use steam without doing some sort of wash programme I m going to mail haier and see if actually you can

Ordered online as they offered best price with delivery including unboxing and setup I received a call to confirm all details and confirm delivery time After delivery I was called again to confirm everything was fine Very happy will buy from Mi Electro again

After a totally pathetic performance from Vodafone my wife and I chose to buy to new phones from Mi Electro Best decision ever Despite two failed attempts to deliver by a third-party courier company Envialia blaming supposedly unpassable roads Mi Electro customer relations would not accept defeat They arranged for delivery by one of the company s own drivers He found no problems with the roads and arrived at our home on the promised day at the promised time Great customer service

To be honest I have read the reviews that do not appear to be honest on TrustPilot and I had my doubts originally However I ordered the tv in the evening and the next day it was brought to my apartment and assembled including setting up the tv channels I requested information via whatsapp and everything was answered pretty quickly and I was kept up-to-date on my delivery Really positive experience
