Always accommodated when I need a clean and very quick to respond to calls messages I can t always commit to dates due to work and personal reasons and Dave has always understood my circumstances I am probably one of the most fussiest customers and whenever I ve been not entirely happy I ve always been offered a resolution Don t let this put you off I am insanely pernickety The cleaners get a checklist which I love they come in and get on with the job which I like as I m always busy and don t have time to chase and watch cleaners do their job They are all friendly and polite Would recommend Deepani she was very polite understood and more importantly listened to what I wanted from my clean she also respected that I was working and asked if she should do a particular room first in case I needed it for my meeting Thank you Deepani

From leaving my initial enquiry to arriving home after the first deep clean Miint have been nothing short of excellent This is a highly professional service where the needs of you and your home are taken very seriously and you re made to feel like this is a truly personal service The cleans are completely custom to your preferences and when I had my initial consultation with the team I was so impressed at the extent of services on offer David s communication from our first meeting right through to scheduling my first clean was clear prompt and friendly The guys who came to do my initial deep clean were also exceptionally polite and friendly and put me right at ease I m thrilled with the results and can t wait to relax in my thoroughly deep-cleaned flat tonight Big thanks to David and the team

Spotless fortnightly cleans

I ve been having regular cleans with Miint for a few months now and it s been such a great experience Having a regular fortnightly clean has taken away my mental to do list that I would constantly have Now I look forward to my house reset I do a quick tidy and the team come in and leave my home absolutely spotless The cleaners have been so lovely too This is the first cleaning service I ve used and I was a bit apprehensive about having someone I didn t know come into my home But they couldn t be nicer and I find it really easy to get on with working from home while they are in Would highly recommend if you are thinking of regular cleans The communication before and checking in after each clean has been great too
