The best support I needed some help with my order which was divided into 2 packages from different magazines One store didn t send me the tracking number so I had no idea where my package was or if it was actually really sent I have contacted customer service via email Ladies helped me very quickly It ended up that thanks to customer service my order was fully delivered after few days to choosen service point

Miinto responded to my concerns immediately This was my first experience with Miinto I ordered boots on the 29th of December Miinto confirmed the order on the 30th There was little communication after that The boots arrived at our house yesterday while we specified a package drop off point The house is definitely more convenient But it caused confusion with other packages arriving I would have appreciated more communication about shipping
