To date I have used the MH service 3 times and each time provided excellent service This last time I had an issue with my garage door system the technician they set out was spot on and very through he knew his stuff replaced springs and repaired my system and it now is noiseless and works flawlessly I am very satisfied with the service and find comfort in the fact that if an issue comes up i can call and count on A1 service from Mike Holmes Protection

I had coverage from 2 other companies before On 1 claim they did everything they can to avoid fixing my toilet Another company sent a technician and they stuck me with a 1200 over-inflated bill for the same issue with my toilet I tried Mike Holmes because of his reputation I have to say his staff is from the sales team to their customer service is exceptional I had a claim with them for my refrigerator They sent down a really nice guy Roger from refrigerator expert and he replaced it for us

Antonio Gonzalez with Mike Holmes Got my call Friday after 5pm He found a technician to look at my HVAC unit on a Friday night The technician said he couldn t garantee my unit could be fixed Antonio found another technician Saturday that could service early Sunday morning We had a friend bring two portable ac units Saturday I hear technician in this July heat are booked three days in advance This was a weekend and repaired in less than two days Thank you Mike Holmes for having greatPeople that care Thank you Tony

New Home New Warranty Plan

We recently moved to a newer home in Ohio The sale did not come with a home warranty Deciding that we really liked having a warranty on our old home we started shopping for a new warranty Mike Holmes Protection came up in my Facebook feed so we gave them a try We were not disappointed the pricing was a tad more than other warranties BUT it includes like for like replacement at no cost to the plan owner That is a great perk Ryan Cooper was our Sales agent and he did a wonderful job explaining the plan and getting us signed up He was the consummate professional We can rest easy again knowing that we will have protection for our new home

Water heater went out last week

Water heater went out last week we had an older unit so the plumber recommended replacement Mike Holmes provided me many replacement options and even gave me the opportunity to upgrade to a tankless unit I took that option This company is a pleasant surprise to this industry Highly recommended
