I buy regularly from the Millercare website Excellent prices and really fast delivery with a well designed easy to navigate layout Delivery information and updates are very good I had to contact them recently with a slight problem with one order - not their fault the product was a bad batch The splendid Jo replied really quickly and offered a complete replacement which arrived within a few days She handled the problem very well and took proper ownership of it which is how customer service ought to be So I ll keep on buying

My heartfelt thanks to Jonathan the Millercare Bolton manager who was so understanding and helpful My sister was in hospital recovering from hip surgery and unable to attend her daughter s funeral The doctors said she would be ok to leave hospital for a couple of hours provided I could arrange a wheelchair and wheelchair transport for her Jonathan kindly arranged a 24 hr hire for a suitable taxi friendly chair I d happily recommend Millercare services to anyone
