Poor customer service
I had a billing issue with them Everytime I try to email them I get a new ticket number and a reply that they are very busy and may take a few days to respond It s been an 3 weeks and I finally got an email and didn t answer the question I was asking or resolve my problem

Their sleep supplement works well for me but just as importantly this is one of the only companies I ve ever subscribed to who actually has the courtesy and ethical fiber to remind people diligently of what they are subscribed to they sent me reminder emails to let me know I was still paying for a monthly sub and that I could adjust the sub easily-- which I did since I had some extra That s honestly standout customer service amid the usual thirsty treachery la Amazon Prime MBG doesn t have to trick me to keep my business I wish this were a more common practice
