I ve purchased a few items from mindful champs including the adult journal puzzle and the children s mindful me journal I ve loved all the products I ve bought The grief and gratitude journal in particular is something I ve not seen before and is a great idea for kids I ve also been to a couple of the pop ups the company has displayed at and the service has always been incredible Highly recommend this company

I ve purchased the adult journals over 18months ago and have seen the product evolve over time These journals have been a game changer in my daily self care and wellbeing routine I love the concept that Nima has grasped when designing these journals and definitely tapped into a gap in the market with these - the content in terms of learning and information are thought provoking making you focus from within In doing so it makes you get comfortable with the uncomfortable which is great to aid your own growth and self awareness The attention to detail the thinking behind the concept by Nima really comes through and she is sooo humble about these products Starting my fourth journal soon and am truly grateful for the game changer Nima has created
