I love that you re very involved in the designing process You get an initial design and you can request to modify it Lindsay has been amazing at communicating She would email me that they ve received the modification requests and have passed it on to the designing team so they can make the changes It was all very fast turnaround often less than a day for the team to make the changes requested Very happy with the designing process so far

Amy and customer service were great I made a revision it was quick to see the first and second renditions of my photos and easily fixed when I asked for changes Made shipped and received quickly This was my second purchase and will use it again in the future my husband and son love theirs

I had a issue with order arriving

I had a issue with order arriving damaged beyond repair I was extremely upset about it I emailed them and they immediately jumped on it to help replace the moon lamp that was damaged The staff has done an excellent job talking with me and making sure I am satisfied Now I won t be completely satisfied until my order comes in not broken But until then I am satisfied with the customer support I wish all companies are like this one Very professional and nice

The bricks are pretty cute and designed nicely as if coming out from the original photo The service is also great when I needed to modify the renderings that Haley is very helpful assisting me She responded promptly despite timezone difference until I was satisfied with the final design

What a cute invention I love what the company does I ordered 6 of these as xmas gifts for young kids and grown adult kids alike I love the idea of the product the prices were reasonable the sale price I found affordable but their regular prices I might not have purchased so many and once we received our product and watched our kids put it together - I am even more convinced I love this product The quality is good and the details were done so well to match the pictures Quite impressive And the QR code for assembly instructions led us to the easiest and more clear instructions I have ever seen It is interactive so you can rotate the 3D images of the pieces around so you can see exactly which piece connects to which Very clear But even more impressive than the product was the customer service I was amazed with how detailed and concise they are with every little tiny thing And they are happy to work with you to get the product exactly how you want it I had submitted a picture with two people even though I only wanted one person for the brick They emailed me directly asking which person and sent color swatches to make sure they were getting the color correct I had other pictures I sent in with team logos and other specific details on the clothing items and they replicated it to a tee I am extremely happy with the product and the customer service was impeccable
