UPDATE When I first reviewed Mint I was very unhappy about the service I received I have to add here that when I got in touch with Katie in Customer Service she has gone above and beyond to make things right Before you decide all of the recent bad reviews are the end of the story notice they are all recent and all say the same thing I learned that the laws for dispensing their medications had changed and they had some problems getting product due to the transition but the problem has been solved Now I understand why they have a great average but the reviews at the top are terrible It took me a little bit to straighten out my trouble with the packaging It didn t work with the applicator I received There was one guy who helped me on the phone who did not do anything he told me he would but I did get through in touch with much more helpful employees but I have to mention Katie by name because she is the only reason I didn t give up and go elsewhere I finally received my order after waiting weeks and being lied to that they were already shipped Then I get a box with a blood test kit an envelope and two stickers with no return mail instructions at all To make matters even worse the one product came without an applicator or way to get the cream out of the packaging so it is practically useless to me Even more to be displeased about I was promised an applicator a week ago I am sure I will be waiting for a few more weeks for that I paid over 150 for nothing so far I was told I would receive tracking information when it is available so they have not even printed a label yet apparently I definitely will be shopping for another pharmacy and paying twice for some much-needed health care
