too good and cheap to be true

I suppose they get people to buy with the bait of the cheap prices they offer Too good to be true Spend 5 more and be sure of your purchase

AVOID MIRAVIA LIKE THE PLAQUE

I ordered two reclinable beach chairs costing 80 but the seats on both have started to come apart Contacted the seller who simply replies out of warrantY so how do you apply the Miravia 3 year warranty I am not fluent enough to speak spanish on the phone and help is not available in english and when I phone the agent says they cant speak english bearing in mind the number of english speaking residents and holidaymakers there are in spain someone should be able to help

If there was a 0 stars I would have clicked that I downloaded the app then received an email to say I placed an order they had the wrong name no address and no payment info I decided immediately to cancel the download and not place any order followed the procedure had notification the morning after that they had received the cancellation of account then this evening I had another email saying as I had logged in again not in my name the account was reinstated Total scam terrible company avoid at all costs

1 star is still to much I ordered a roborock and it was not working I returned it the refund was approved and now I m waiting for my money since more than 3 weeks Customer service says I need to check with Paypal but they haven t even issued the refund yet I m now waiting for 500 and they do nothing Due to their company being in Singapur legal steps aren t very good possible

Miravia is a heist

I ordered 2 dumbbells and I started using them few days after receiving but just 2 weeks of use and one got broken I open a complaint at Miravia and since 30 days have passed I only can claim a warranty from supplier which is based out of China and he simple does not reply or ask me to open a dispute in Miravia which is not possible hence I m in the middle of nowhere 240 lost and Miravia simply wash their hands Do not buy with them there are few more options more serious and similar or better prices Edited Your answer is a joke I ve been in contact with Miravia Customer Service for the last 5 months and I haven t even received a single feedback of the warranty claim and you ask me to call your call center This is exactly your problem always going in circles to not take any responsibility

My order did not arrive

My order did not arrive after 2 weeks of emailing the company They said they would refund my money 5 7 days it s been 10 days now no refund in my bank account I could not speak to anyone in english

Actualizando el review Llevamos desde el dia 23 de septiembre hablando con atenci n al cliente cada d a y cada uno nos da un respuesta que no tiene nada que ver con el tema tambi n enviando correos pero nadie contesta Beware of selling through Miravia They will withhold the money and you will never see it again for no reason You will be talking to the ignorant robots of client attention everyday and receive those meaningless words of sorry and I am here to help you but all for nothing We have a pending payment of 1300 and it never arrived to our bank account although in their system it is processed and paid The worst of all this is that they keep lying and gives empty promises until you reach the point of giving up on the money because there is no way to reach them

liars and thieves Beware of selling on Miravia because once you lost the money you will never see it again three weeks of wasting time everyday contacting the robots of client service by chat and talking to them on mobile and daily promises of making a pending payment but all for nothing Even when writing a review here about a the problem of communicating with client service they ask you to contact client service again and again All of their client service agents are based in Egypt and morocco and they can never provide any solution all they do is sending case numbers and so on We still haven t received out money claiming that the account is not correct although we haven t changed anything
