I placed an order on exactly 2 weeks and 3 days ago I ve paid over a 100 for my outfit I haven t received an update I ve rang numerous times and sent emails I ve rang the WhatsApp number no answer Don t spend your money here Its a con Extremely bad customer service I want my money back so I can order another suit for the wedding coming up next week Stay away

BEWARE and STAY AWAY from Mirha

The worst company ever There is absolutely zero customer service I have received a damaged suit and sent them various messages but no answer from them Please BEWARE from this shop Many other sellers out there who actually respond to you and give good customer service

0 stars if I could They were meant to give me a refund but they ignored until I said credit note is okay and that I need to return as I accidentally did a repeat order because of an error on their site which showed the first payment as not going through when actually it did So I returned the clothes as they said to even did signed for delivery which I have proof of but after that they continuously ignored my many messages calls emails etc and blocked me So they stole my money and was tricked into returning the suit as well

Don t trust the 5 ratings it s probably from the company s friends family DO NOT ORDER FROM MIRHA TEXTILE I don t really leave bad feedback for anyone but this company is soooo bad The customer service is really awful you won t hear from them at all if you have any questions or want a refund I ordered a suit for eid but it s wasn t the right fit so I tried to contact them to change the size but no response until 2 days before eid and they said they don t have the size that I wanted to I returned the outfit and ordered from another company to this date I have not had any response about the refund THEY ARE SCAMMERS

FRAUD

FRAUD such a bad company sent me damaged item agreed to send a replacement and now lying that I have never contacted them Fear GOD how will you stand infront of God on the day of judgement whoever has same experience should report them to their bank and get their money back if they have paid by card please claim chargeback report to trading standards

FRAUDSthis company will send you defected items and when you contact them about it they will not get back to you and will lie to your bank that they have not received any messages from you regarding a refund replacement they will blame you for any damaged stained items they have sent you and claim they did not damage it although they did extremely poor customer service Terrible clothing conditions all clothes come ripped and stained

AVOID Scammers do NOT buy from these people No communication they don t answer their phones they do not reply to messages and furthermore they do not send your item They need to be reported to consumers immediately Absolutely appalling I wish I had read their reviews before purchasing
