I play on other sites and have had no issues withdrawing winnings but I won on here and it will not let me withdraw my money and won t let me deposit because my real balance is at the maximum I was expecting better things from mirror I ve sent all id but had no response from them so feel like it s a con as I put a lot on to win and they were happy to take my money but not to pay out on winnings

The site is really well laid out and easy to understand and the site is really quick and the games are fantastic The promos are brilliant too which are regularly offered Thanks very much But I ve also had problems recently about ID etc Nothing seemed to be enough to pass verification but eventually I did and have withdrawn at least 3 times since and now I m being told I can t withdraw as they are reviewing my account whatever that means and it says to contact them but there is no live chat I can find and getting a reply to emails takes days if at all so I ve got money in my account now that it seems impossible to withdraw at the moment My experience is fast becoming a bad one I m Afraid as my Mum who has an account too is having the same kind of problems It s really frustrating Its money that is rightly mine that I can t withdraw I ve withdrawn loads of times without any problems

Be careful As others have stated they make it impossible to withdraw I was determined I was having my money jumped through the 500 hoops and constant declining of my proof of address ect I did manage to withdraw Alls well I thought 2 months later I played again and won Went to withdraw and they needed all the proof again I submitted and it was declined Resubmitted and declined the same evidence that was accepted previously after doing the merry dance of re submitting in the end I gave up and just left the 100 in my account My advice is choose a different site they don t want you to withdraw
