I had returned 2 items for a refund as they were unsuitable As I hadn t received my refund I queried it via the chat option A lovely person called Ayanda helped me They were very professional and resolved my query promptly and efficiently

I had to go on the chat line because I had difficulty in returning a parcel today The lady who helped me was very efficient and enabled me to create a new return label for the same item Her messages were very polite and friendly

Returns process

The live chat was so helpful My order was lost and Evri did not update the tracking however I was offered either a full refund or to reorder and re deliver with next day delivery They was really quick
