Mediocre and incompetent customer service

I am disappointed in the quality of customer service Miss Lola provided They seem to not care about their customers though I ve been a client for a while this is the first time I ve dealt with a faulty item This time I had ordered a hat from their site which resulted defective I explained to them I ll be out of town as I was requesting a refund to my purchase while I returned the item before the month passes Somehow they provided me a label indicating I ONLY had 7 DAYS to return the item to be eligible for a full refund I didn t even end up returning the item because they are now refusing to give me my refund and have said they will only provide store credit as if I m interested in purchasing from them after experiencing incompetent customer service Not to mention I got directed to a supervisor and she instead of taking their time to solve my issue she was too busy making smart remarks proving why they are right and I am wrong I highly recommend not to buy from this site It s too bad they have lots of cute clothing yet their service is trash

SAVE YOUR MONEY THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF USES CHEAP MATERIALS REFUNDS ARE PRACTICALLY PUNISHMENT YOU PAY TO SHIP BACK AND THEY WILL FIND SOMETHING TO NOT REFUND THAN THEY KEEP IT THE RETURNED ITEMS OR MAKE YOU PAY TO SEND THEM BACK AGAIN THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE AND SERVICE SUCKS

I would give 0 stars if it were an option I still haven t received my package and it s been over 30 days to ship to Aus absolute joke I messaged the company thinking it was lost and they said oh sorry shipping delays it sat in the same sport for 20days before moving and still hasn t even made it to my country do not purchase

IMO DO NOT SHOP HERE

This company is honestly so pathetic I should have listened when others said do not shop here They sent me shoes with dirty finger prints on them and are lying and saying they cannot see it Their customer service is the most horrible I ve experienced If you want my advice save your DO NOT SHOP HERE

Not a legitimate business- BEWARE

I ordered 3pairs of loafers Sent them back within a couple of days because they were way too narrow and I paid the 20 shipping fee on top of all that It s been over a month and I have not recieved any correspondence in regards to the returned items- nor have they refunded my 84 90 And there does not seem to be any legitimate way of contacting them- because they tell you to send an email and then they ignore your emails

Useless do not waste your money

I bought some platform sandals a few months ago and the back side of the shoe ripped off within hours of the first use I contacted customer service and they were not helpful at all making it so difficult for me to get my money back even after I sent them pictures Till this day I still have those useless shoes that I only got to wear FOR A FEW HOURS

I haven t ordered anything from this company I stumbled across the website because I did a reverse image lookup on a pair of shoes I found on Shoesido I thought it was strange no one was leaving comments on their Shoesido pg Come to find out the shoes from Shoesido were the exact pair of shoes on MissLola Now what i found strange on MissLola s Instagram pg is that ppl were leaving emojis in the comment section instead of actual comments Seems like a red flag Which is a pity because i really liked those shoes

I haven t received my package yet they said they file a claim and I haven t heard from them yet My first time and I do not buying anything else from Miss Lola bad customer service no package and no one is replying my emails

Miss Lola is a FRAUD

Ordered a pair of shoes that needed to be exchanged due to sizing When I received the replacement pair they still didn t fit shoes ran extremely narrow After paying twice to have both pairs of shoes sent back I received a email saying that exchanges are final sale and my only options were for me to pay for the items to be sent back to me or have them disposed So now I m at a total loss for the shoes They had no problem taking my money MISS LOLA IS A COMPLETE FRAUD Buyer Beware
