The team who did the work did an excellent job and brought a propety which had been left in a filthy state back up to the standard we needed for letting I did not like that I had to give credit card authorisation before the booking was accepted

t was my first time for end of the tenancy cleaning I spoke a lots of cleaning company but I decided work with them They are amazing They cleaned all carpet amazing Carpets looks like new All kitchen bathrooms looking perfect I almost wanted to move back Also they answer everything quickly Customer service is perfect

Had an end of tenancy service so happy that this clean came with this 72 hour re-clean for free My landlord wanted the toilet bowl to be re-done again due to some stains I contacted the company and they managed to organise a re-clean free of any charges just for this one area as my landlord was fussy and looking for a reason to keep some of my deposit Absolutely amazed with their customer support have not experienced this level of service in a long time 10 10 recommend would use them again

I recently used Miss Maid for my end-of-tenancy cleaning and was so pleased with the quality service provided After five years with a very inattentive landlord and agent and despite my best efforts the flat had been looking a bit worse for the wear but the cleaners did such a sterling job I was very impressed with the meticulous cleaning and attention to detail - the place looked so much better than I could have reasonably expected or wished Not to mention this was the best price quoted of the various end-of-tenancy cleaning services I approached Thank you for your efforts I would recommend this service to anyone

The cleaners were on time and got straight to work Although we had to pay extra for the secondary glazing interiors it wasn t too expensive and totally worth it They were quick and the response from the office was very prompt and helpful I would highly recommend and use them again
