Booked Round trip flight from Paris to Bangalore and Bangalore to Paris for my 30 days vacation My return flight was originally scheduled for 18th Mar 2020 which got cancelled and shifted to 19th March 2020 I m just 3 days away from my flight on the 19ths when I got informed by Lufthansa and Misterfly that my return flight has been cancelled Misterfly hasn t helped at all in arranging n alternative return flight to Paris But insisted I must call Lufthansa I did Called more than 100 times with no answer at all I am completely devastated with no more options I regret doing business with Misterfly I strongly oppose recommending Misterfly to anyone and everyone

Misterfly does not even deserve 1 star If only I had zero star option I would have gone for that one Contacting this agency and expecting a prompt reply is as hard as finding a small dot on a beach full of sand Plus they do not even understand what exactly the customer wants I have written multiple times that I want to maintain my booking and this agency just does not understand at all Instead they have on their own put a request for reimbursement I have to take my flight in 3 days and now I am stuck here not knowing if I need to rebook ky flight or not WORST EXPERIENCE EVER DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES
