I ordered a 3 metre sliding gate on 11th September 2020 The delivery date quoted was w e 13th November actually delivered 17th November Very pleased we are after all in the midst of a world wide pandemic the driver was on time and very helpful The gate was very well packed and well protected for the journey from France I unpacked and inspected all in perfect condition all parts ordered present and correct The gate looks very nice with a good finish impressed with the quality and workmanship Phoned Mister Gates customer service re some queries on my order mostly me wanting information Bit of a wait in the queue but better than most call centres and they dealt with my queries quickly and to my satisfaction I can only comment on my own experience which is that the gate is top quality and service was first class
