My mother and I were extremely grateful to Haley who works in the Napier paint department Her knowledge and care was outstanding any question regarding a product she was able to answer confidently and she set our mind at rest as my mother and I had many questions for specific paint for green doors to what to use for rust to what product to strip vanish- She is an absolute asset to the Napier Mitre 10 highly recommend her service hands down

I would only rate this for Jocelyn who works at wardrobe department she has gone out of her to help us she is a huge asset she was on lunch break the team member were not efficient enough to helps us and had to call her to get us sorted she even helped in lifting and putting the stuff in car highly recommend her our ordered stuff had arrived 2 weeks ago no one called us from mitre 10 so very poor service
