Excellent support for first time buyers
My parents have used solicitors in the past but remarked how easy this system was to use for first time buyers in today s word of electronic communication Never was a question left unanswered for longer than a day It was easy to upload information and to see what was going on with my house purchase I very rarely used the call back service as was happy with the answers on the journal but when I did use it I received a prompt call Would thoroughly recommend using MJP

Intuitive portal quick response times
I used MJP Conveyancing for my first house purchase and I am incredibly happy with their handling of the case They made the entire process a breeze Their online portal is intuitive and cuts down on back and forth phone calls MJP s team of solicitors and case handlers replied to any questions I had quickly in most instances within 15 minutes Their fee structure was clear and there wasn t any hidden costs I ve been very happy as a client of MJP s and will gladly be recommending them to others

I would highly recommend this company
I would highly recommend this company From the very beginning they were helpful right through to completion Very easy to communicate with and always prompt replies Don t be concerned it is online it didn t cause us any hassle in fact it was probably easier than dealing with a high-street company

Absolutely excellent company
Absolutely excellent MJP handled both our sale and purchase Their online portal worked extremely well enabling us to communicate quickly and complete tasks for example uploading forms really easily They were always quick to communicate usually responding to any questions within an hour They never needed chasing In addition whenever we dealt with them whether online or on the phone they were genuinely warm and friendly as well as being very efficient Our first purchase fell through at the last moment we were astonished that we didn t need to pay any legal fees They made a very stressful experience as easy possible They clearly have a culture of high standards and professionalism We can t recommend them highly enough

MJP really surpassed my expectations
MJP really surpassed my expectations I ve just used them to sell my house and I m honestly not sure how my experience of working with them could have been better They were extremely prompt throughout the entire process Every single time I contacted them I received a reply within a couple of hours usually sooner They kept me informed regarding buyer correspondence and actions and while most of this contact was carried out through online messaging they were happy to arrange a telephone call when I wanted to discuss a matter in more depth They were also organised giving me a clear sense of what forms I needed to fill out in order to exchange contracts as soon as possible And all this for a very reasonable fee I won t hesitate to use them again in the future

Superb response times and very diligent
We have completed today on our flat which we bought direct from our Landlord MJP have been brilliant the whole way through we found it hard to find a conveyancer that any of our friends recommended It seemed a common theme that conveyancers always take ages to respond to anything So we took a punt on MJP after seeing good reviews on this site And how correct those reviews were MJP often responded to our queries inside 30 minutes where friends were talking about days or even weeks to get a response and they were always friendly and incredibly diligent In particular Ben Pett seemed to be the one mostly working on our case and he was really amazing Thanks to the whole team at MJP

Excellent from start to finish
Excellent from start to finish Ive moved house a lot and this has been by far the best experience Friendly helpful professional and great comms Once I masterered the tech side of uploading documents and navigating the pages I loved feeling in control and able to see all the documents to do with my sale and purchase-I knew where I was at all times Cant recommend highly enough thank you

Stress Free Experience
MJP provided excellent service generally keeping things moving very quickly and answering queries within the day I ve dealt with lots of solicitors before and this is the first time I ve not had to chase for responses or to push things forward myself the MJP team were on top of everything I ve generally felt like the stress was taken off my shoulders through the whole process

Smooth and fast transaction
I was sceptical at first with MJP being the cheaper option but I have to admit we have been pleasantly surprised at the speed of which the purchase has taken place 8 weeks Kept fully up to date by everyone involved using their online portal No telephone conversations were needed Very fast responses and would definitely recommend and would use again if needed Thanks MJP great work Keep it up
