Hands down the worst app on my TV
Hands down the worst app on my TV I love baseball and follow two teams closely and not a day or game goes by that this app doesn t freeze usually more then once It is then impossible to get out of unless I literally unplug my television wait 60 seconds then plug it back in and restart the app I am thrilled when one of my teams is on literally any other streaming service Apple TV Fox or ESPN They rarely if ever have this problem

The MLB TV app sucks getting worse every year Features are gone the ones that remain like choose your inning work like bad network crap on a good network WTH are you doing Hire some real programmers who know what they re doing Fix this CRAPPY interface before the season starts or I will cancel your sorry butts for lying about your product Creeps I m damn sick of corporate doosh bags

MLB tv app from bad to worse
In the old app I used to be able to get to the video of the condensed games without seeing the final score This is impossible in the current layout even when selecting hide scores in the settings Many of the improvements to the layout are exactly the opposite Please cut back the screen candy and create a user interface that is clean and makes sense Video playback just halts often and I need to close and reopen the app which means navigating through the minefield of visible scores once more I watch on a Samsung The Frame TV and on an iPad Air 4th gen We live in The Netherlands

Game Disruption poor commentary
Games keep getting disrupted from coming back from commercial breaks late This had been a sporadic problem in the past and is getting worse Additionally you PAY for this app and have this happen is disappointing BTW the commentary could be a little less personal I know that there needs to be filler but honestly got really tired of hearing what a great time Tom McCarthy is going to have in London while the rest of us have to work or can t afford the luxury of flying to London Kruk also gets way too personal which is ashame since he knows the game well and could do a good job but chooses not to After many many seasons of watching MLB and being a loyal Phillies fan I m thinking this just isn t worth it and getting my Phillies fix elsewhere unfortunately I don t live in Philadelphia

This is a very poor service
This is a very poor service Screens freeze sometimes requiring a reboot of the app or even the TV Sometimes there are long stretches of black screens with audio Sometimes the game won t display at all I have had the app all season to follow the Phillies and have not had a single game displayed without a glitch I have numerous streaming services and none have this many problems

Not worth your money at any price
MLB TV Totally disgusted with the blackout policy I live in central Pennsylvania and can t watch any teams playing in Washington DC Baltimore Md New York That means no Phillies Pirates Guardians Orioles Mets Yankees or any team favorites playing in those locations SICK OF THIS I PAY FOR MORE AND BETTER COVERAGE DISGUSTED

Mid-season update dumps low-income viewers
My elderly father is a baseball fan with a MLB tv subscription Suddenly mid-season he can t watch any games MLB tv updated its app requiring the latest OS which his device can t upgrade to He s on a very low fixed-income and can t afford a new device I m swimming in student debt and can t help Surely an update that makes devices obsolete could have waited till the season was over

The all-time worst streaming service
The worst service of all the channels I stream I use a Roku box and Verizon fios and am popped out of the game and returned to the Mlb tv homepage 3 or 4 times per game I m returned to the Roku homepage once or twice per game Human Customer service is nonexistent but robotic responses will ask you to submit the same information you ve already provided and then close your case Too bad there s no alternative - they d be out of business overnight

The entire app is useless
When you access MLB it hits the first game that is blacked out Then it sends me to log in under a different account or cancel to return to the MLB screen When hitting cancel button it bounces back to log under a different account Thus we have to wait for the Baltimore Orioles game to be over before getting in We will NOT be renewing our subscription after this year Wasted money Not a lot of options to choose from for the cost of the subscription

This AD-ON-Charge mysteriously appeared on my Cox cable bill in June Since I am on auto bill bill pay I didn t know about it until the transaction posted July 1 Contacted Cox and was told it will be removed on the next bill When it appeared again Cox tells me to contact MLB because no refunds policy with MLB I have filed a complaint with the State of CT because the subscription was filed without my wife of my consent we are the only 2 members of this household and the only time we would watch the Yankees if it was on YES
