I applied for the help after i got all my debicheck no one was available to assist or even respond to my queries i then cslled to cancel but they went on and debited my account 5000 was debited after my cancellation This happend after i spoke to one consultant named Lulama more than 10 days before my debit order People need to be very aware and careful before approving debichecks

This company is a total scam and South Africans must be warned against such companies I requested the quote to cancel my name from debt review and they send me the mandate to sign But i did speak to Siphelele and Kgomotso that i am first going to speak to my husband and will confirm the go ahead The communication was on the 30th June 2023 I then sent the whatsap on the 3rd of July to say i am not going through with the process as my husband refused to go ahead On the 25th July they went ahead and debited my account I then send them the email with the whatsap communication that i did not go ahead with the process They told me that i had signed the mendate I then proceeded with my lawyers to send them the letter of demand which they were supposed to reply within 14 working day Until to date there is no respond Please South Africa Be careful of this scammers

Totally kak serviceI canceled my application 3 weeks ago they still debit my account then they tell me about you must cancel 7 days before the debit order but I canceled 3 weeks ago then the agent tells me ja there is an admin fee because they deal with your debtors and stuff ah ah these people are thugs
