Avoid - was given a year s paid subscription as a gift yet Mob will not activate without me providing my credit card details They won t explain why they need my credit card details although can suspect what they intend to do at expiry of the gift and unbelievably slow and responding to any queries

Disgusting company
Disgusting company I used a free trial and found out I didn t want to carry on with the service I tried to cancel my account in the account settings but it said I was already on a basic plan therefore no need to worry as no payment will be taken Well 9 days since then and I have contacted the support team to cancel my account to only get 1 response asking me to confirm my billing postcode which I did I received a notice email to say my premium benefits have ended Again I thought ok this is done then NO They have tried to charge my bank account every single day for the 4 99 I have explicitly told them to delete my card details and account and they do not get back to me and keep trying to charge my account I have decided to go to the FCA as I have all the evidence of their predatory practices DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY The recipes they offer you can get on YouTube or somewhere else for free

Charged without warning no one replies
Charged without warning for another year of subscription They dont reply to emails I cannot take my card off the subscription despite cancelling as its active until next year

Impossible to contact to cancel subscription and still take money for it Numerous emails sent and nothing back The worst customer service experience and they are still trying to sell subscription deals and blatantly ignoring comments where people are advising subscription and or payment issues

I had a premium account for a year
I had a premium account for a year which expired in November They released a Black Friday offer so I decided to get the offer and get another year of premium again Despite me paying the 21 and renewing they are still trying to charge my old card 35 and I get an email every week that the payment has failed I got in touch through their customer service email to show proof of payment and asked for them to stop trying to charge my old card as I am a member again I tried this 4 times and never got a reply I tried logging in again yesterday and guess what I am no longer a premium member despite me paying for it emailing them several times with the invoice and even messaging through Instagram - I haven t been able to get an answer from them although I used all the proper channels Wondering what to do next as I d like to get my money back and quite frankly never subscribe again
