I recently sold an iPhone to mobile advantage Their service was extremely good Whilst browsing the site I had a quick question it was answered within seconds by the chat assistant They were very helpful This already made me feel more comfortable as I was concerned that I could end up with a similar experience to my sister using a similar site and being out of pocket This was not the case The email with the details on how to get the phone to you was straight forward I had never used a DPD collection point before and a nearby co-op was my closest branch that was very straightforward I would recommend you continue to use this courier as it was nice to have my details taken for confirmation When handing over an expensive item it is good to have that peace of mind A couple of working days I had a phone call from the team as I had put some of my bank details in the form incorrectly completely my fault as I was in a rush when I filled out the form The advisor was very helpful and we had my details sorted within minutes The payment was sent the next morning Overall I am very pleased the value I got for the phone was more than the top searches on google I haven t purchased anything from the site but I can imagine the service will be just as good
