AWARE STOLE 367 EUROS FROM ME mobilewins is a disgusting lying gambling site I TRIED TO DEPOSIT 367 EUROS - I got error but the money was gone - I was informed that it would be released after 7 days 7 days later nothing happened now they inform me they cannot find the payment in their system this is a true nightmare I wish I could add pictures of their disgusting customer service replies

Do not use this site They are a scam Unfortunately I deposited over 500 worth of my own money and I finally won a few good sports bets I requested a 200 withdrawal and was asked to send all the documents you would normally expect ID Proof of card then they asked me for several more documents such as where I got the money from 2 different utility bills and my phone bill and a letter from myself stating I used this way to make a deposit I am still waiting for my withdrawal which I requested 3 months ago

Thank goodness for Trust Pilot I am an experienced gambler and use many betting sites I was curious about mobilewins so checked the terms and conditions for their welcome offer Bet 10 get 10 free bet You have to wager your 10 bonus TEN times and the maximum you can withdraw is 20 and they charge a fee of 2 50 to withdraw Complete waste of time

I cannot begin to describe how bad this betting site is It is a TOTAL SCAM Please don t go anywhere near it Your bonus 40 is basically on a bet of over 1 5 and if you try to put it on a large accumulator they refuse to take it You basically have to have bet a TOTAL of 260 before you can withdraw anything So if you win big it makes no difference as it s your bets that add up to the 260 This company should be prosecuted by the lotteries and gaming commission Awful

Wish I read the reviews before I signed up Appalling bookmaker just a cheap site with a cheap mentality of profiteering from customers The app is basic in the extreme and at best almost unworkable This no doubt is to keep operating costs at an absolute minimal whilst they screw every penny out of customers they possibly can You may be lucky follow all their ridiculous terms and conditions to the letter and possibly make a few quid but I can guarantee they ll make it as difficult and as costly as they can to do so

Signed up but they refused to pay the welcome bonus as I had signed up at another of their affiliate sites before I could not find this in the small print even when looking again Looks like the same company owns lots of different sites - all the same so pointless signing up just for the offer

Payouts are fairly quick Some decent slots but a lot seem dated now You win some which is nice however once withdrawn the first time winning seemed to be harder Bonuses seem low in relation to other sites as well Overall not an enjoyable casino I have just permanently closed this account and any other sister sites in this brand
