I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy A32 5G for my wife from the Mobilezone in Oerlikon I was searching for a model like the A41 which has a fingerprint reader on the front screen as my wife has severe mobility issues and cannot use the side button I was not aware that the A32 had a different scan button to the A41 I had asked the server for a model similar the A41 Thinking it was the same and without being shown a display model my mistake I bought the phone I tried to return the phone with my wife in a wheelchair but was told very rudely that as the seal on the package was open that I could not exchange it or get a refund I am still seeking a refund of the Phone and I hope that is possible as this was really not a suitable phone for my wife who could not physically use it I have since bought another more suitable phone I am also still waiting for a reply on an Email I sent to Mobilezone asking the above questions Update It s been more then two weeks since I wrote this review and Mobilezone have still not answered my Email even though they said they would It s not great customer service guys

Teamwork Dont undermine your co-workers
I thoght everything was ready to use and enjoy my new device and line but no There was a big mistake because of technical legal issues the representative was not aware of I went 5 time to the store for help They told me i had to find the exact representative who attended me They even told me where to find him 3 months later two non-sense bills still have nothing but promises that by monday it will work Hope so

Formal Request to Cancel Salt Mobile Plan Without Additional Charges
Hello I purchased a Salt plan on October 14 2024 for 23 95 CHF in Zurich in Silcity I asked the salesperson if the network would work well throughout the Kilchberg region as I spend a lot of time there and need to use Google Meet for classes and upload videos for study purposes However the service did not work as expected The contract states a 14-day cancellation period but without clear details Today October 26 I returned to the store and the salesperson informed me that the cancellation period is only 7 days However this is not stated in the contract and this condition was not mentioned at the time of purchase Furthermore he attempted to charge me over 500 CHF to cancel the plan Additionally I was charged an extra 73 35 CHF after purchasing the plan which was not previously disclosed the salesperson had said I would only pay 23 95 CHF Therefore I request the right to cancel the plan without any additional charges
