Don t trust the calculation
The company advertises and attracts customers with very reasonable leasing offers Everyone should be aware that this has its price And you just pay it later That is when it comes to service and returning the vehicle The promised delivery date is not kept The vehicle arrived significantly later month than promised For the bridging a rental car was taken And with it the money saved with the cheap leasing was already again away When delivering the car make sure that everything is in place and that everything is clean and undamaged The company settles every mosquito poop on the hood at usurious prices when returning the car No comparison to leasing with Volkswagen or Sixt Well the company is quite small and probably has a weak capital coverage therefore they need that It s not that you can t get a car for your money but overall it s more of a scam and not at the industry standard level Like I said - after my comment I got contacted from a guy from a total different company Very suspicious Hands off

Worst organization I ve ever seen
They have postponed my DEAL order for 3 months After that they postponed again to NOV 2023 I sent them the default of the contract all of a sudden they could register the vehicle on Sep 2023 It means the vehicle was there After it has been registered it took 14 daysjust to send me the delivery options And now just to deliver the car I have to wait more than 15 days What kind of organization do they have They even don t answer the email and phones properly Only God knows what kind of issues I might have with them in the future It was a DEAL It means the car should be ready already I m paying one month of insurance fee for the car that I don t have Should I take the car to a mechanic after receiving it I doubt if the car is brand new There might be a reason behind these long delays Too bad service

Worst purchase Experience Service
I am using Mobility Concept through my employer in Germany 1 90 of my requests via e-Mail are left unanswered2 No information about any status of the order process whatsoever 3 My offer was postponed 3 weeks because someone typed in the wrong discount which led not only to the delay but also to a higher priceUpdate Mobility-Concept reached out to me But just to tell me that they forgot to forward the offer to Mercedes for 8 weeks Unbelievable

Worst service ever
Worst service ever I ordered a vehicle in mid May 2024 where the approximate delivery is in October 2024 I received an email from the dealer in late July 2024 that the car will be available in the coming 15 days So we mutually decided the date for car registration and door step delivery on August 26 2024 As the 26th of August was approaching I was trying to get in contact with the dealer as well as Mobility Concept GmbH no one was responding on the car registration certificate part 2 and the approximate delivery and the agreed date 26th of August went without any communication from their side Then after begging for two more months to have some more information about the car and the certificate I finally recieved some an email from about the certificate part 2 on late September 2024 And I was told to register the car as soon as possible and also to pay the deposit So I did that on October 9th 2024 I registered the car in Munich and also paid the deposit Since then I have been paying the car insurance On the same day I sent the license plate number to the dealer s address and informed him about it Since then I am waiting for any information from their side to get my car delivered to my door step Now it is December 02 2024 still I have not received any information about the car delivery I tried to get in touch with MeinAuto de and Mobility Concept GmbH the representative told me that they are waiting for some confirmation from Delear side And then again no answer This is the worst service I have ever seen in Germany All the excitement that I had to receive the new car first car in Germany went completely to dust Now I have no longer any interest in this car All I have left is the frustration of why I booked the car through MeinAuto de

Returning fees and assessment completely Unacceptable
I am felling a complete fool how the final bill to the used car leased with Mobility concept for 01 year was presented The way of the assessment report was sent to me and billed its a complete rip off the charge me for a small scratches basically 03 almost 1 000 Euros and besides that we still have to pay the person who performs the assessment which its relevant to the company and not to the client itself it seems very dishonest for this company image without mentioning the 450 euros charged to return the car which i did not even know that it would be charged it should be clearly stated on the leasing contract and not in a general list of terms and condictions with dozens of pages First and surely the last experience with Mobility Concept just stay away from them in the market with just a few researches you can have fairly companies and with real and clear conditions of agreement below the inquiry codes requested Inquiry code M24-w68c6Inquiry No 5947035 5814471once more I still do not agreed with the terms of charges from your side i Should be informed when returning the car in a different station the kind of cost that it would implicate My opinion did not change and i wish to have a review on my final bill

Impossible to get hold of someone - No response to emails
I can clearly understand the overall supply chain challenges the manufacturers have resulting obviously longer delivery times I got that What I don t get is that there is literally no response by the customer service Down payment made some time ago as I was asked to do - car already at the car dealer - however no response at all in regard to exact delivery date Endless time in phone hotline Sometimes you get kicked out of the queue and when you finally reach someone in customer service you can be lucky Please understand that they only take your message to pass it on to the right department - no one calls you back And this is just the beginning - the car hasn t even been delivered

Getting everything sorted took a while the insurance I picked was approved by them The delivery of the car was good But watch out when you have damage we reported the damage straight away didn t hear anything from them for over a week Then we noticed a leak of the cooling fluid So we contacted our insurance and picked a garage recommended by them But we forgot to inform mobility concept and now they come and claim the garage can t fix the damage When you have an accident you need assistance and help our insurance did that Mobility Concept was absolutely no help at all except for some shady emails to us and the garage repairing the damageBe careful and consider a different leasing provider
