From the salesman to it being fitted pure professionalism they knew exactly what was needed for our needs and so the type of lift was fitted as required We were totally impressed by all our dealings with this company could not fault and would fully recommend Thank you

Everything went smoothly

Everything went smoothly the assembler was very dedicated and efficient and everything seems to be working great Just one thing further to what the assembler sugested I did ask if a strap or somethng could be fixed so to help my wife to enter the passenger seat and was promised a call back but it never came

This is a company who seem to pride themselves on excellent service with an excellent product Initial process and installation was excellent There was a follow up phone call to check that everything was satisfactory which it was A follow up visit was offered after a car service was carried out to check everything was working properly

I had chairlift hoist installed a year ago and I am delighted with it It gives me complete independence I can use my folding scooter any time I need it without any assistant It is neat and compact and it has attracted lots of comments from people seeing me use it I gave had friends round to see and work it before contacting yourselves

Really great sales service and the fitting service was second to none the after sales service is brilliant nothing too much trouble The person lift is just what my husband needs as he has not been out of the house for 2 years and now has no worries about getting into the car and would fully recommend the product and the company

I m very happy to say the staff at Mobility in Motion do an overly fantastic job for their clientele I ve taken my walker there throughout time and have always had the greatest of service given to me The Service Technician Tim is a gem especially if the part is giving him trouble look out he s on the job and gets it done One of the other staff Lynn is so kind and courteous on the phone and explains the work to be done and always asks if you re ok with the work before and after to fix or change what s necessary I really don t leave many reviews unless very happy with the job done and this company goes beyond it being a job to them it s about being compassionate to those like myself that have to use these medical devices just to be part of society which sometime isn t very compassionate Thanks again Lynn and Tim Mobility in Motion God Bless

Exceptional service

I was recommended to the company by 2 friends who had used them were pleased with the purchase I wasn t dissapointed The salesman who visited me in my home was very friendly polite helpful He demonstrated the auto hoist thoroughly made absolutely sure that it was suitable for my vehicle There was no pressure to buy in fact he seemed surprised when I said that I wanted to go ahead The engineer that came to fit it arrived on time was very efficient even though I caused him to have to re do part of the fitting procedure not his fault he was very patient couldn t have been more helpful He then made sure that both myself my husband were happy about using the hoist waited whilst we practiced several times I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing mobility aids

Life changing

We purchased Auto Chair hoist for our 4 4 Toyota Rav The fitter arrived on time He was polite and obviously perfect for the job in hand That day life changed I could take my disabled daughter anywhere People watched me remove scooter from car and I was proud to demonstrate the hoist 6 years later I feel exactly the same Perfect service from hoist and Mobility in Motion Service a little expensive but spread over 6 years it is quite acceptable Would we buy again definitely would we recommend yes it will change you life
