Overall mobility plus have responded well we bought a M wheelchair off ebay but no manual and mobility kindly emailed a copy twice as dad deleted the first by accident The joystick then broke we couldn t get through by phone on the Saturday despite the website saying there are available on a Saturday til 4 00pm but I was able to order the part on the Monday It was a day late arriving probably more the fault of DPD Overall these are slight delays but not to a desperate impatient 98 year old The wheelchair is just what dad needs though its small enough to get round his care home light enough to put in the car and robust enough to take out for a walk
