TERRIBLE DO NOT BOTHER YOU WILL NOT GET IT
I ordered a dining table set that wasn t delivered They have a 10-21 day delivery time so waiting for that long without getting the items in the end was a total waste of time I have emailed several times No reply I have called several times only to be told the same response We have escalated and reached out to the courier company but have not heard anything yet The people you get to talk to are rude You will not hear a single ounce of empathy literally no effort to help a customer at all They won t even give their names if you ask for it even for a valid reason of just simply noting down who I spoke to since I ve been following up so many times They gave the number of the courier company so that I can follow up and investigate myself when this is supposed to be their JOB only to be told by the courier company the following -They can t give any updates to customers I need to call Mocka again -When I advised that Mocka has been reaching out but havent heard from them They said That s not true we update Mocka on shipping status everyday -Apparently the Mocka people are quite rude Good luck in getting a cancellation Seems like I m not the only who has experienced this Looks like they have a reputation of delayed orders They would not even offer me a cancellation since the items were already shipped My advise is buy somewhere else It s not worth it if you consider the time you will waste waiting for an order that will NEVER COME the time you will spend calling and emailing and get NO HELP and the STRESS

Terrible don t buy
Customer service are absolutely dismissive My order still hasn t arrived and it s overdue by over 3 weeks already I have complained and called many times and no communication about where is my items or why it s delayed till now I have received msgs confirming my item will arrive on the day which never happens and when I call them they tell me they have to investigate which then takes another 3-5 business days with no progress what so ever and no one showed up with my delivery yet Anyone wants to buy from this company please consider these reviews as I guarantee you that you ll face these challenges The company claims that all items shipped within 3 days and they commit to a date for delivery which never happens expect 1-2 months to receive your items Absolutely terrible and disappointing with lack of service and honesty if I have ordered these items from overseas it would have arrived

Qantas-level Customer Experience and Ordered Items Don t Arrive
I ordered on 24th August and on 29th August I received an email with an estimated delivery date of 31st August all was well I thought It s now the 8th of September and there has been no change to the status I made an enquiry about my order and the customer service is not friendly at all or care about the issue I was told the ETA of 31st August was just an estimate My guess is they don t actually have any stock in Australia and are just running a drop-shipping business Pay attention to the 1-star reviews as this is 100 the experience I have had The 5-star reviews must be paid for A D2C e-commerce that has such poor logistics has no business selling to consumers I will be reporting them to my bank and trying to get my money back as they have completely failed UPDATE After leaving this review the customer service team reached out and the delivery magically got prioritized however they only delivered 2 of the 6 boxes and there s no ETA for the other 4 essential boxes What a complete shambles LAST UPDATE The missing items were rescheduled to be delivered by 15th September and eventually were delivered on 17th September so in total it took 24 days for everything to be delivered In hindsight I should have just gone to Ikea and it would save a huge amount of time and frustration They did refund the cost of shipping but that doesn t even pay for the time I spent chasing and following up so a very poor resolution

Bad experience
My experience has been very similar to the last review I ordered on Sept 5 with an ETA of Sept 14 It s now the 29th and there is no sign of box 2 of my parcel I ve had a text saying it s arriving only for it not to show up and most recently had a completely different order left at my door instead of my parcel Don t waste your time or money like I did

Shipping issue AGAIN
My experiences with Mocka Furniture have been incredibly frustrating This marks the second time we ve chosen to use their services and yet again we ve encountered significant issues The incomplete TV unit due to their failure to deliver all the packages was bad enough but the unfair resolution time frames and inadequate conflict resolution have only added to our dissatisfaction Dealing with consistent problems related to shipping and incorrect orders is bad enough but when coupled with unreasonable resolution time frames it s been an overall disappointing experience Mocka needs to improve significantly

What a debacle took so many days off work waiting for a cot to arrive Multiple phone calls multiple promises from Mocka that the cot was on the way It s a total disgrace Never never again

Waiting on item
I ordered a desk from Mocka back in March I was aware that they were on preorder till May We are now in May and I m yet to hear anything about the desk I ve emailed 2 times I have sent messages on insta have rang rings out The desk is a present for my daughter s birthday on the 9th and I m not impressed at how unprofessional this company is Never again will I buy from them

Very uncomfortable
Ordered a king single mattress from Mocka I can honestly say it s the most uncomfortable mattress I ve ever slept on I love a hard mattress but even this one feels like a rock to me The bed frame is also too big for the mattress Mocka says this is how it s supposed to be The response below addresses the comfort but not the fact there is a significant gap between the end of the mattress and the bed My son s foot slips down there

Disappoint experience
I placed orders with two different online stores on the same day and while the first item arrived promptly with daily tracking updates until delivery my experience with Mocka has been quite frustrating and disappointing After making my purchase with Mocka I encountered immediate difficulties with tracking my order None of the tracking links provided were functional which prompted me to contact your customer service team after a week of waiting I was then given a new delivery date which resulted in a total waiting period of 21 days before the supposed delivery date On the scheduled delivery day I rearranged my schedule to be available all day eagerly anticipating the delivery Unfortunately the delivery did not occur as promised causing further inconvenience The following day the delivery arrived unexpectedly without prior notice adding to the frustration of the entire process This experience has been deeply disappointing and has fallen far short of the level of service I expected The lack of accurate tracking information delayed delivery and lack of communication regarding the delivery time have all contributed to a highly unsatisfactory customer experience
