MocPOGO - FRAUD or SCAM
I m not sure if this company is a fraud or scam The app is working well but the company s billing process is kind of shady The app s name is MocPOGO and the company that bills you is Lucky Rabbit Technology Limited This is fine when I first did it for one month plan just to test it Then after a month I have to purchase the offer for lifetime since my one month plan is going to expire in a day What happened is the company charged me for another one month plan based on my previous purchase stating that I did a monthly subscription Based on my general experience all my subscriptions notifies me a day a week or a month before they do the renewal of the plan so the consumer can cancel before renewal But this company just charged me instant without notifying me As I can remember I did not sign up for auto-renewal of the one month plan I purchased When I emailed the company they can t resolved the problem I have said before that the company s billing is shady due to the following charges made to my credit card account using different names as per statement 1st charge 1 month plan Name used LUCKY RABBIT TECHNOLOGY2nd charge lifetime plan Name used DRI ID MYCOMMERCE COM3rd charge 1 month plan - unauthorized Name used LUCKY RABBIT LIMITEDThis is too shady as my apple bill only uses one name for all charges made to my account P S I have to cancel my card for my own protection I hope this helps

I signed up for lifetime account Within a month I got permanently banned from Pokemon I want a refund they offered me 1 2 price and I can still use the Mocpogo which I agreed I have many accounts Update was needed so I contacted them many times and they stopped contacting me Is this a scam

Scam Avoid
They advertise everywhere as Free Trial Then you install the app and you have to pay to use it Where is the free trial then I want to test it to see if actually works on ios 18 so definitely I don t want to pay beforehand without knowing that is working This looks like a SCAM to me

Scam save your money
Does not work Downloaded trial had to pay subscription for features when paid for it had to download the official app so the trial app was useless anyway Then have to download and install another program flighttest for developer options need a redemption code for that to work and don t have one none were provided Now trying to cancel my subscription is difficult can t just log in and cancel assuming im gonna have to dispute through the bank Save your time and money should ve just gone for a walk Update MocPogo have offered me a 30 refund

Payed for 1 month recieved 4 MAYBE 5 days of play and worked as advertised but then randomly asked me to upgrade or activate again I thought I d send an email to resolve this issue and was met with a stone wall as big as my exs absolutely no response now for nearly 2 whole days I d say this would be a huge breach of the play stores terms and conditions Paying for a service that no longer acts as it should Please contact me for a resolution

These guys are 100 scammers Sent an activation code that doesn t work System magically can t find my email Signed me up for an automatic subscription by paying for it once Dodgy billing system Have disputed it with my bank now Don t use this company so much hassle

This app does not work I spent hours trying to make it work The first app tells you to download a second app then you need a third app and then you need a desktop version which won t work on an iPhone Very concerned this company has my credit card info Have asked for a refund
