I m updating my review to one star as I still haven t heard when or if my item will arrive It s now been 8 business days and despite my emails I haven t heard anything I need this product by 29th June and was told it would arrive in 3-5 business days

Not a good experience
I ordered a dining room table which was perfect for whatvi needed and was very much looking forward to receiving it I waited in each day for it delivery did say between 3 - 5 business days but i was not getting any updates at all delivery which did concern me I had tp contact the company to check what was happening with my order i could not find a contact telephone number so had to fill out a form for email I did hear back within about 1-2 days the lady that emailed me Olga was lovely very polite and apologetic Unfortunately though she had to advise me i wouldnt be getting my order as it was damaged and that was the last one I am very disappointed that i was not contacted to be informed of this and that i had to contact them I am now awaiting on a full refund

Make sure you read the returns policy before you order
The item was damaged inside and very poor quality After reading the returns policy it was not worth returning as we had to pay the returns fee even though the item was faulty Make sure you the read the returns policy before you order anything

The doors sit wonky the shelf s holes are not even lined up probably so cannot put my shelf on the gloss edging is all discoloured wouldn t bye avoid waste of money I ll be getting my money back

Very poor customer service
Having bought a wardrobe and bedside tables I heard nothing from this company until I used the contact point on their web page weeks later I was assured they had sent emails but none of them arrived They claim I was the only one who had any communication problems they obviously haven t read the other reviews After asking for a refund they went quiet until I had to get pay pal involved even so it still took 3 months to get a refund I cannot comment on the quality of the items as i never got to see them

I ve been holding off on this for a while because I felt like Moda Home could easily resolve my issues if they personally responded to my concerns and feedback They haven t and so the alternative is to highlight this publicly I contacted Moda Home to provide my feedback as the items I received were not of the quality I had hoped to expect The biggest of the issues we had was that one of the metal pieces of the frame for the dressing table was incomplete - the hole where the screw was meant to screw into had not been finished meaning that we were unable to complete the frame without manually finishing the hole ourselves I further contacted them regarding the overall condition of the pieces of furniture - the finishing on the edges of the furniture is poor and the edges have flaked up exposing the woodchip underneath the finish It is truly a shame because otherwise the products look quite good it is just a shame that they are of poor quality and that parts were not finished Customer service is completely lacking because as I have stated above Moda Home have not even addressed these issues I note some of the seller s responses below questioning why they did not contact them directly - it seems to be the case that it does not matter if you do or not as in my case Only wish I had read these reviews sooner before purchasing
