For someone who generally doesn t like to write reviews I find myself doing so a second time in as many weeks Recently called up to make enquiries about a pair of shoes that I thought had sold out Fortunately there was a pair but due to a previous mishap I needed to make sure that it wasn t the faulty pair that I had returned a week earlier Anyway I spoke with lovely lady I think her name was either Karen or Carys When I explained the situation she put me on hold briefly and actually went to the warehouse to check for me She came back and told me that it was a perfect matched pair with no scuffs Imagine the joy I know to anyone else it s just a pair of shoes but to me it meant a lot that she took the time to go and check for me when anyone else would probably have said sorry about that and left it at that Anyway I just wanted to highlight that there are still some genuinely kind and helpful people out there Thanks ever so much Karen Carys My shoes arrived safely and I am VERY grateful for ALL your help

My favourite shoe brand been ordering online for several years just purchased a pair of the gold wedge sandals orange leather sandal great fit and both so comfortable so glad we now have a store locally Love their styles and great fit choice of bags and accessories too Great online service and you can return via the store which is very handy

Love moda easy to order quick delivery

Have purchased 5 pr trainers 1 pr boots 2 prs sandals 2 pr mules all online and the delivery has been super fast The shoes are nicely packaged The only thing is the outer bag which is so tight has to be cut with scissors Luckily all of my shoes have been perfect but if I wanted to return any would have to buy another bag
