Same thing as everyone Placed an order for a part paid in full supposedly was a same day buy same day shipping however my order is still Processing Sent requests for shipping updates got a general response of let me check I gave it a day or two wrote again and never got a response back Since then I ve been emailing daily for an update and still have yet to get a response Finally sent a request to cancel still nothing As of today 7 29 my order that was placed 7 days ago is still processing This company is trash and a total scam DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE TOTAL SCAM

Worst place I ever purchased from

Ordered a CTS intake on July 1st which supposedly was supposed to ship in 3 days well after about a week I got nothing I emailed them multiple times trying to get an update or cancel my order and no response Finally I got a response saying a order cancellation request would be made and i would get updated welp I got no update They also replied to a email I sent on giving me an update on the order and they said we will check with the warehouse and update you once again no update I m hoping to get the money back from my bank after a month of bs and 10 emails unanswered Absolute waste of my time and money stay far away from this website

These people will scam you Do not try to buy from them Took my money and no parts They won t return your email requests for help They have my money and trying to get a refund

Can t believe I have to even give this place a single star Like everyone else I was scammed by a company that once was good Placed an order July 5th have sent multiple emails to cancel my order and have never gotten a single response I ve filed multiple cc disputes and just want my refund and my order canceled See some of these people have had luck with canceling orders I have not and I m still being charged Shut this place down

After ordering a cold air intake for my Audi S5 with a described shipping estimate of three business days it has now been close to a month and modded euros has gone dark in terms of following up with me I got two emails from a person named Ken who said they were checking with the shipping department I requested an escalation and he committed to checking with the shipping warehouse manager After that I have never heard back despite multiple emails Their 800 number has an unattended voicemail and I ve even reached out to the cofounder on LinkedIn without response of course I have submitted a dispute for the charge with my bank and I am awaiting resolution I will never order from them again nor recommend them to anyone

Charged for order but still waiting

We re in the same boat as many charged over 1200 the day the order was placed in early July and we are now just shy of two months No way to contact anyone by phone and no response to any emails asking for updates We have now disputed the charge with our credit card company because they have left us with no other choice DO NOT waste your time with this company buy elsewhere Sadly we ordered from them in the past without a problem but will never again
