Avoid using this companyOrdered the 6 in one fan torch solar changer Arrived badly damaged in July after a lengthy wait Repeated attempts to contact modeer with absolutely no response Emailed and went through complaints process on website Will keep trying

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I ordered a product 3 weeks ago After 10 days with no product I emailed them No response yet after another 10 days

This must be a scam

Difficult customer services

Ordered 2 x bookcase 16th September 2022 and when advised of delivery date which was between 23rd and 27th September 2022 requested they don t deliver before 26th due to my being admitted to hospital Delivery was made 21st or early 22nd and packages left in the garden in the rain They were found leaning against a new fence panel on my discharge from hospital Asked for goods to be collected likely water damaged and packaging unsafe to move the goods myself them having been left out to tbe elements and full refund given to my bank account Now mid October they are still asking for photos reason for the need to return goods and have asked me to open the packages to check if the items are damaged or not despite risk of being hurt in doing so Communication with this company is difficult Have reported this company to Amazon as being unsatisfactory

Avoid this company at all costs I bought what was described in an ad on Facebook as a micro professional steam iron and can confirm the only accurate part of that description is micro I tried to cancel the order but got no response from the company and when the goods arrived the iron is cheap and on the packaging it is clear it is not steam as it states dry iron It has a water spray button Nowhere on the box does it claim it is a professional steam iron The box is shabby and looks like it has been recovered from a bin somewhere There is no contact number for Modeer and any email I have sent to complain receives an automated response Companies like this should be investigated as what they are doing is fraudulent If I could give zero stars I would

Ordered professional steam iron from this company It arrived weeks later its like a toy it doesn t heat up enough to iron anything They won t give me their return address and won t refund Ive been another victim of this fraudulent company

Shocking product

Shocking product My elderly Mum spent 40 on 2 camping light fans as a gift for me and her granddaughter It arrived but I m sure these could be picked up in a bargain store for a fiver Responded to a Facebook post but she won t ever do this again Product arrived eventually Cheap brittle plastic And the lead that came with it to plug into the mains is a US connector Description says UK Don t waste your money AVOID

Bewarned another Facebook website scamming U K consumers Websites that don t print their VAT number or business address are scammers this is another scamming website do your homework Don t allow websites like this fool you alway use a credit card for extra protection as debit cards from Banks will not get involved allowing these fraudsters take your money

1 month and still no order

After waiting a month for an order I realise I am another victim of being conned by a company advertising on Facebook As others have written how bad the service is i wish Id read these reviews first Be aware that Facebook allows dodgy adverts on the platform Steer well clear of this company

Travel iron

I posted a comment asking how the travel iron heats up as there is no cord on the iron in the video no one has answered the question I looked on amazon and ordered the same iron for less money although that one has a cord The one I brought off amazon does seem good x
