Shirt received was about two sizes too small and quality and color was terrible Not even close to pictures Website advertised 100 money back guarantee but when I tried to return they informed me that they do not offer free returns and return address is in China Customer service offered me 10 refund initially which was laughable after a few emails over couple of days they offered me 30 and keep item that is useless to me Very bad experience can not recommend

TOTAL SCAM Never trust this company Unfortunately we dont always read reviews before we go ahead and order an item we like in pictures I ordered pair if boots and only realised after I hit the button to pay that I had 2 in the box Straight away wanted to cancel the order but was not able to I emailed the company to find out there is no such service as cancellation but I can return after I receive them I got them eventually and I tried one pair did not fit I looked in the website for return guidande there is none I emailed again requested return policy and address I got an email asking for pictures of the item and reason for return I sent the info and pictures They responded to me with an address in China and offer of 10 discount if I wish to keep them A total scam abusing customer rights misleading and ripping off peoples money No clear information no cancellation right no return right misleading to believe this is a UK company No address on website no contact Neither honest description of the item Reporting them to all channels I can Never buy anything from this or any other China based sites

A complete scam portrayed as a London based company I ordered 2 Sweaters which when they arrived were nothing like the items advertised I am surprised they haven t been stopped from advertising please be aware and avoid this company

Very misleading advert They advertise they are a London based company but they are far from it They are in China If I had known I would not have made my purchase I try to avoid buying online from China Tried to cancel my order but due to their automated system I was unable to cancel Seems daft Avoid this company at all costs
