Asked to leave review but haven t recieved my wardrobe yet
Ordered 1 10 23 Just recieved an email asking me to leave a review about my recent purchase and how I am enjoying it I haven t recieved my purchase or any updates on when it will be delivered I ordered a wardrobe and a 2 x chest of drawers The chest of drawers were out of stock and told the money for these would be refunded which I have recieved When I went to track my wardrobe purchase on the website it says it can t find my order I used the live chat to enquire about why my order cannot be found and was told my items were out of stock and had been refunded I said that yes the chest of drawers are out of stock but the wardrobe should still be on its way They gave me a consignment number for XDP I used this information on the XDP website which said they were picking up 3 items but had not recieved them yet I emailed XDP and have had no response Reviews for this company XDP are terrible I shouldn t have to contact the company who is supposed to be delivering my item Modern Comfort Living should be doing that for me Not very impressed with the customer service I am still hoping to recieve my wardrobe and will be happy to update this review when and if it arrives Edit DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY Will never order from this company again My experience with this company has been a complete nightmare from start to finish Do not expect any urgency empathy or help with your order No customer service skills whatsoever They will also tell you off if you leave a bad review They also had the first part of this review removed and I had to get in touch with Trustpilot to get it reinstated Unbelievable First they let me order and pay for items they didn t have in stock Did recieve a promt refund and apology but wasted my time When i tried tracking my remaining item on their website it popped up that my order could not be found Told them this and was told i had had a refund for my order Told them that yes had recieved refund for out of stock items but not for remaining item Told me to track my order using my consignment number for the courier they use XDP No apology or offer to chase this up or sort it out for me I was appauld with this response When i checked with XDP the website said they did not have my items so I emailed them Told modern comfort living that i had tried to contact XDP about my order via email their response everywhere is closed on Sundays I tried contacting XDP on Friday the 6th I didn t tell them this as they immediately messaged me again to tell me off for leaving the first half of this review quote Why are you leaving a Review When you haven t even had they order yet you have part refund and your other is on its way you Have consistently asked about this and I have consistently told you I left a review because i recieved an email from them asking me to review them FYI It s not going to be a good one if you don t help your customers and haven t sent them any updates or the items they ve paid for yet Sent them screen shots of the XDP website stating they had my order details but not my items I told modern comfort living that they were very rude and unhelpful and i no longer wished to deal with them and i would like a refund They said they could not give me a refund and i should recieve the item the next day My item did not come the next day Then they said they would call XDP and gave me their word that they would update me the next day I waited until 17 38 the next day and recieved no update I messaged them again asking for a refund They said they tried calling XDP and not to worry my item would arrive by the end of the week and i would recieve an email from the XDP Finally recieved a text message Thursday that week not an email from XDP saying my item can be tracked on their website Initially said it would be delivered on the 13 10 23 I already let modern comfort living that I would only be available on Mondays to accept deliveries They assured me I could change the date with XDP Did not offer to do this for me Why would they I m only ordering something from their company XDP will only let you change the date of delivery if you create an account with them Didn t really want to do this but felt i didn t have a choice as modern comfort living had made it very clear they would not be contacting them for me except for that one feeble attempt to call them once Wouldn t let me create an account with my email so had to use my partners They didn t send a follow up email so i couldn t authenticate the account and therefore couldn t change the date of delivery Never delivered the item anyway Now the website has no date for delivery Still no response from XDP to my email or any response to any of the communication i have tried I emailed them on the 6th of October Modern comfort living have now stopped communicating with me altogether

I have not received my order or any communication as to when I will Modern living says I only ordered this a couple of days ago The money left my account on the 26th of Oct Today is the 7th Nov I was expecting this item by the 2nd

Really unimpressed
Really unimpressed Paid for order and it was never delivered and blamed courier Second item arrived and is of poor quality and it has taken weeks to get no where - no ignoring emails Keep you money and go elsewhere Item paid for on 27 03 24 delivered 15 04 2024 at second attempt as 14 05 2024 still outstanding resolve to poor quality and missing items

Packaging arrived with damaged box with footprints on Inside the package with screws etc was open with numerous items missing or rolling around in the box The barbecue had a huge dent in the lid Still waiting for a response to my email sent regards replacement refund

Terrible service - didn t fulfill order won t refund
Terrible service paid for an item and was later told they had no stock - after chasing them for delivery After 2 weeks they offered us to change colour of item but wanted to change us extra When I complained about that they actioned a refund on PayPal which failed after 7 days after several emails I e opened a PayPal dispute they made an excuse about PayPal using wrong bank to collect refund- second refund has been actioned 3 days ago but still pending and I m assuming will also fail At this point they have had it money for a month or more and I m looking at other options for action to get my refund Absolute disgrace- do not buy from them

Not very happy really
Not very happy really Ordered a pergola my mistake I got the measurements wrong so I cancelled the order After hearing nothing I emailed again which I got a reply back saying they couldn t see that I had cancelled my order before dispatch and therefore I m responsible for return I have been trying to arrange my return but no courier will accept the parcel I have emailed again to ask for help and for someone to call me but I ve heard nothing back I m now atuck with a huge parcel which I can not return

I ve ordered two gazebos that have not arrived There is no number to call I ve emailed three times to no response Now I ve received an email thanking me for my purchase and asking for a review These gazebos are needed for a wedding in two weeks Can someone please get back to me
