My wife bought me the bolts game stick for Christmas opened it Christmas day went to use it 2 weeks later No instruction in it called support told they would send it told to email support Finally figured out myself how to hook up Well 1 set of controllers stick the receiver was broken and the other had the stutters and couldn t control the action At that point I wanted to return it for a refund I was told no refunds after 30 days I am 3 weeks from Christmas but way over the 30 days from when my wife ordered it No exceptions I sent several emails told them to speak to a supervisor etc They did nothing constructive to help and to boot they don t even replace the broken product which is covered in the same 30 day policy and you would have to pay the shipping again THEY ARE A JOKE and no-one should do business
