Hello I am waiting for my package order number ITM000434998 to be delivered to me Since yesterday when I refresh my Modivo Order page to see if there is any further update on the location of my package the online response was No information aboutthe packageWe have not found any package with this number in our system Please try again later or contact us WHAT I have sent emails to them since 8 of November still no reply from them This is my second time buying items and now I am very worried that Modivo indeed has no record of my items that I paid for on November 5th Also I have no way to track my package Their customer support page is nothing to write home about I could only chat with their visual assistant so no real Human to chat with Modivo Where is the current location of my package thank you And I need valid tracking number Update I just got my items today 11th November I never got any reply from all the emails I sent to them And the Error about MY PACKAGE NOT IN THEIR SYSTEM still remains Now I m not sure I will be ordering for the third time
