I DID NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS SO CALLED SERVICE I JUST HAPPENED TO CHECK MY BANK ACCOUNT AND NOTICED THIS TRANSACTION FROM PAYPAL AKA YOU MODOMOBI BECAUSE I HAVEN T BOUGHT ANYTHING FROM EBAY LATELY I CHECKED IT AND TO MY SUPPRISE YOU HAVE BEEN TAKING 4 99 FOR THE LAST FIVE WEEKS HOW DARE YOU ANYONE WHO S HAD THIS HAPPEN TO THEM CALL PAYPAY TELL THEM TO BLOCK THIS WEEKLY PAYMENT IMMEDIATELY AND DEMAND THE MONEY TO BE TRANSFERED STRAIGHT BACK INTO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT NOT YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT THEY VE TOLD ME IT WILL TAKE 5-7 DAYS TO BE PUT BACK I WILL LET EVERYONE KNOW IF I DO RECIEVE MY STOLEN MONEY WITHIN A WEEK FROM TODAY

This happened to me a few weeks back have contacted ModoMobi Fitness Guru but have not heard a peep from them all Three could advise was contacting the Phone-Paid services authority at psauthority org uk - I have contacted them and now awaiting a response Have also written to Three about their appalling customer service and the communications ombudsman Hope this helps others on here to try and get their money back

Company which makes it money off a controversial two click process and then charges 40 for a website subscription that you have not signed up to or used None of the sign up texts come with an opt out option or T C s so seems like spam texts Recieving the text messages cause four 10 charges to be added to your mobile bill If this happens go to payforitsucks co uk for really useful information on how to get your money back and report to PSA

Total illegal scam service My phone wasn t even being used when suddenly four text messages arrived explaining that I had been charged 40 for signing up Checking my online account confirmed that these payments had been charged to my account I have just emailed them demanding a refund

Where do I start got a message that I had been charged 4 50 a week for a service I never signed up for to my mobile phone account total con merchants scammers ect ect Do not entertain this con company at all even when I rang the customer services number which was pretty much useless I was told to claim a refund but the procedure was so complicated including having to go to the post office with a QR code they send you after it s been accepted for the refund Total conning scammers Avoid like coronavirus Reported to ombudsman

I have never heard of this company until I received 4 premium text message with one saying that 40 would be added to my phone bill this company are scamming hundreds of people including me I cannot believe that this company is still in operation praying on unsuspecting mobile customers Your a scumbag I want my money back Modomobi stop robbing people How do you sleep at night knowing what your doing I have three children to feed and definitely cannot afford your premium services I m going to out you on every social media platform possible

I had never heard of this company I m not even in the UK and I received an email from Paypal saying I had an ongoing payment agreement Modomobi claims that I signed up but I didn t My subscription was cancelled but I was still charged AUD9 99 once Scam that came out of nowhere

Charged me 40 for services I didn t ask for

This is an absolute scam I am not sure how or why I got signed up for Your Fitness Guru from Modomobi but they sent me four text messages which cost me 10 each I contacted Three my network provider immediately to flag these messages and try to block them from being charged to my account but they were unhelpful claimed Modomobi are legit and refused to put a bar me getting charged by 3rd parties Nonsense It is a scam and I will be ending my contract with Three too
