Love Mofibo I listen to amazing litterature every time Im on the go I have gained inspiration read some of the newest litterature in my professional field and been entertained by exiting stories I give Mofibo my best recommendation and encourage you all to start using it Its great

The worst costumer service

I am very satisfied with the products from Storytell but their handling of issues with my e-reader is the reason for this recommendation I bought an e-reader in December with flaws in the software and a battery that could not be charged It was a Christmas gift to my 10 year old daughter and to help her with her readings The costumer service used 10 days to take a decision about sending me another device and then wanted me to send my broken device before they would sent me a new one A long story short I still don t have a functional e-reader 40 days after it broke I am still paying my subscription and they will not accept any refund This is one of my first Trustpilot reviews I think new customers should consider the level of customer service when buying this product Update They have given me one month free use and asked me to change my review trying to buy themselves to better reviews I does not change my overall rating

Don t use mofibo

They have charged me on Apple pay as well as my creditcard for the same account This means I m getting the same unlimited service but pay double Support refers me to apple - bad company with an awful support I recommend to use a competitor Update below Mofibo states i have been offered reimpursement - that is not true Please send me the funds and i will be happy to delete this review My frustration is precisely that i have not gotten that option but been told to contact Apple for a Product paid for double - that is not acceptable

Cares for money NOT customers

Offered a 30-day free trial I signed up for Mofibo After 14 days I was billed for a monthly charge On contacting customer services I was told it was my fault as I had signed in with iTunes and not the homepage This was not made clear to me when i signed on This company scams people with promises of free trials and then bills the customer for it anyway User experience is not a priority at all I will actively warn potential customers of ever signing up to anything with MOFIBO

Mofibo aka Storytel unreliable untrustworthy

Mofibo aka Storytel used to be good but is now unreliable and untrustworthy since it has recently begun to aggressively delete boks and authors that users listen to without any warning to its customers Again and again I experience that books I am listening to one day has been deleted the next day when I try to resume listening Storytel even deletes many of the authors I follow so their watch feature is useless as well

I ve tried to confirm being a student The proces for this has been drages out over a weeks period while constantly having to contact both Mofibo and sheerID SheerID telling me to contact Mofibo Mofibo telling me they can t do anything my problem still isn t solved Please start taking ownership of your own recognition process and allow your employees to actually overwrite system bugs

You are not getting my bank details when i want a free trial

Getting a free 2 month u limited subscription but having to give my banking info Not gonna happen i already know i probably wont pay the high price after my free trial juat cancel me after the 2 months and be done with it
