hello Mojang I m a minecraft player on consle but I was a little upset because I don t have minecraft ok n my phone so I wanted to ask you guys a favor and I think a lot of people would agree with me to well what I wanted to ask is if you guys could make minecraft free because I and other people never experienced minecraft on mobile and would really like to experience minecraft on mobile I also think that it would increase your ratings and popularity i would really appreciate it well have a nice day

I had a very elaborate problem regarding my account details and although it took two days to get an e-mail response from Mojang they immediately fixed my problem without asking me to dig for old transaction identification numbers and proof of purchase I was thoroughly surprised and wonderfully pleased It was Adrian who helped me out Thank you Mojang

Love the work that Mojang does and their community management team is phenomenal They are highly engaged and have created one of the most popular games and beloved communities ever Creating a globally loved game like Minecraft is nothing to shake a stick at and I think they ve proven they are capable of great work

I ve been a costumer since 2011 I put in a ticket because my account got hacked Took over 2 months to get a reply from a robot asking for more information I responded the same day with every piece of information they asked for and now I m 2 weeks in waiting for another response No idea what s going on over there but its the worst costumer support experience I ve ever had in my life

I couldn t migrate my account i have bought MineCraft in beta a long time ago because i never thought my childhood email account and transactions for a game would become relevant somewhere in 2020 So i pressed to forgot email button and was prompted to give a transactionID located in the said email account It feels like a bad joke This is how they reward honest and loyal people who helped spread the word when the game was fairly new I feel like i m talking to robots No effort is made to actually read the problem you have clearly explained in two emails nor to help you for that matter

Very poor experince i tried to get some help migrating my mojang account to a microsoft one instand they banned my account and forced me to pay for a new one to play againwhere when i talked to them again about the migration cape they refused to give it to me despite meeting all the rules to get it and even explaining about people being rude to those who dont got the cape didnt make them budge a inch

Running a scam about Minecoins being included

Bought Minecraft starter collection via Microsoft store at 25 This came with 700 minecoins alongside other extras Upon installing the game everything was installed EXCEPT the 700 minecoins Several calls with Microsoft and Mojang were needed to get the coins originally paid for Basically you do not get what you re paid for unless you go through a lot of hassle Unacceptable for the UK and if you look this up you will see that forums and blog posts with this issue are abundant so they know this is an issue and continue to take your money with the hope you will not complain A proper scam
