Moke apparels - very poor return policy

Moke apparels have a very poor return policy which is extremely customer unfriendly Their website mentions that customer has to pay for the return item and once you return it at your own cost they email you to say you now have to pay for shipping again to send you the exchange item I ended up paying 40 in to and fro shipping costs which was 25 of the item cost No amount of escalation helped as my feedback was met with apathy Moke do not care about resolving the the customer s complaint or dissatisfaction I regret the purchase and wish I never bought with this company Never again
