I bought a personalised birthstone christening bangle There was a small issue with my engraving request which they they were very quick to contact me about and it was resolved straight away The packaging was beautifully presented and the bangle itself is stunning Very pleased

I am so glad I didn t listen to some of the negativity on here My beautiful bridesmaids presents have just arrived and they are perfect 6 silver jelly beans and I m so excited The quality is superb they were beautifully wrapped and so I can just hand them over The company were delightful to deal with So efficient and thoughtful- would 100 recommend

A lovely product for a little girl s christening My first diamond silver bangle This is the second of these that I ve bought The first one nearly 5 years ago is still being worn since she received it Has not been off her wrist since There was a minor issue with the second one but the company offered prompt and very satisfactory resolution for me Would use them again

The jewelry is beautiful When we received a product that had a defect I contacted the company and they were so helpful After sending a video that explained the defect a replacement was immediately sent The company followed up with me to assure that the replacement jewelry had arrived satisfactorily I am glad I came across this company for children s jewelry during my online search

first time shopping from this site My First Diamond Kiss earrings are perfect a gift for my 6yr old Granddaugher so pretty Packaging was lovely with all the added touches of a gift bag and ribbons Customer service and delivery time was excellent will certainly be using Molly Brown London again

Very impressed have ordered before and this time Royal mail lost my order I notified Molly Brown and they replied immediately and sent out a replacement next day delivery so it didn t ruin us giving my daughter her present on her first Holy communion the next day Thank you highly reccomend

I ordered a bracelet for my god daughter s Christening as they offer next day delivery which was what I needed Next day arrived nothing there The following Tuesday I receive a DPD sorry we missed you card I called Molly Brown customer service and she said that according to her end it had been delivered next day but no body was home I kindly explained that my wife had been in all day that day and hadn t received anything through the letter box When I asked the lady from Molly Brown if I could have the next day delivery refunded she replied that they don t do that and if i wanted to wait for the DPD driver to turn up again and just sent it back with them then they could do me a refund It s 10 days later I had to get in touch with DPD reorganise the parcel to be dropped off I haven t opened the bracelet yet I m sure it s lovely Just a shame that the customer service is not
