Bought a Evo2 last year
Bought a Evo2 last year this week it stopped working I contacted a Mondaine service centre where they me to send the watch in I have done so and I am now being told to pay them 172 to fix the movement as it is out of warrenty due to wear and tear to the strap They are telling me they won t fix it because I have worn it Would never buy a Mondaine again poor build quaility and shocking post sales support Style over substance

Poor quality and dreadful customer service - Replacement Strap Stop2Go
Bought a replacement strap for my Mondaine Stop2Go in July 2022 There is a new one now the original one from 2015 was discontinued It costed me 45 from the official Mondaine it Italian online store As soon as it arrived I noticed it was very different and of cheap quality I mounted it on the watch and the band was so hard that I could barely manage to close it I immediately dismounted it and wrote to the customer assistance that after a few emails told me that since I had tried it I was not entitled to a refund or a replacement They said it was already used How do you expect to test a watch band if you do not wear it In the meantime I found an exact replica of the first band on AliExpress and bought it for 10 Serves you right Mondaine Never again Mondaine watches or Mondaine accessories The problem now is that I possess a 45 red band that no one wants

Mondaine watch problem and bad service received 2 mondaine watches as
I ve received 2 mondaine watches as gifts and both consume batteries roughly every 6 months I ve brought this problem up with the company and basically been fobbed off I ve bought the battery for life from a well known retailer but there starting to question me when I take them every 6 months saying the movements are faulty these watches rarely leave the house every time I go to put them on they have stopped can t reccomend them at all I wear my 17 casino from argos all day every day

Stop2go clock Not just looses several minutes every day Hands need to be realigned as well Total annoyance every week when checked The stop2go feature is unique however it has the time keeping qualities of a teddy bear I would not recommend spending hundreds of dollars purchasing this rubbish as I have

No point in a watch if you can t get a strap
It is now almost two months since I sent information and images asked for by Mondaine after I enquired about the availability of a replacement strap I like my Mondaine watch very much and being unable to source a strap for a functional and much admired watch is rather frustrating There s not much point in having a great watch if you can t get a strap to fit it

Ordered a watch october 26 supposedly to be shipped in november 2023 nothing yet Send two mails no reply at all Update received the watch december 27 It is broken if you move the watch the minute hand jumps 5 10 30 minutes or something like that in any direction Have send them yet another mail got yet another auto-reply Doubt if they actually have any customer service at all

I think this is a scam
Ordered and paid 3 weeks ago I start to think this is a scam and they will never deliver Sent an email to customer service got an automail but then nothing It would have been a Christmas gift ordered in November The whole experience is a grotesque parody of Swiss precision I will contact my bank and ask for refund early next year
