Totally Scam after receiving payment to my Account they locked without any explanation i ll claim in court against them

This company is Scam So their customer support said they locked all clients accounnts also their web goes offline which make me to think they are compromised abd there is leak on personal data Avoid them and report to regulators

I have had my account blocked for a month My funds are being held by them I sent all the requested documentation I haven t received a response in over 5 days In support the answer is always the same I am accumulating debts due to this bad professionalism

Fraud scam Can t withdraw or transfer funds

This company blocked all incoming and outgoing transfers without any prior notice or explanation When asking for the reason they can t provide any relevant explanation or terms when transfers will live again I have sent a deposit which was frozen for almost a month and now funds are stuck with no possibility to withdraw or transfer Avoid this company

More than 40 days later

More than 40 days later and after I had sent all the official documents requested now monevium continues to withhold my money because the regulator prevented the institution from Processing any type of movement of funds Now they ask me to wait for the official statement as they don t know when it will be issued Who else is in this situation I already looked at the regulator and There is no information whatsoever related to this Therefore until now I have retained thousands of euros in this institution and without access to the funds at all nor do I have access my account

Dont use

Dont use Block my account Provide all documents say support takes maximum 1 month but already gone 2 months And on email answering same every time Dont use stole your money and block your account
