I m really grateful to Phoenix Insolvency and especially Darren and Waheed for their help and support I saw several ads on Instagram for help with debts and they really seemed too good to be true but I went ahead and clicked one anyway and entered a few contact details They got in touch with me pretty quickly and made a swift assessment of my situation and outlined my options really clearly and straight forward no messing about and were very ready to answer any questions I had I asked for a few weeks to think about it and was given plenty of space no contact until the date we agreed other than emailing me my options in slightly more detail Once I knew how I wanted to proceed Waheed had my best interests in mine the whole way I felt like I was in very good hands at every juncture Communication was good clear and consistent but not overly aggressive or patronising At NO point was I made to feel guilty or ashamed about my debt situation Working with these guys actually gave me hope and relief from stress I would highly recommend Phoenix Insolvency to anyone struggling with high levels of debt -Quill
