Really bad As others have said they collect all your data but then have no interest in helping or advising I tried both the pension section and general one I think this is a scam company sadly and would recommend avoiding

Medical condition travel insurance
Questions asked to find cover are inadequate and need to include waiting for treatment to exclude insurers who cannot cover anybody if the answer is yes Otherwise there are 22 companies which is far to many to contact since all indicate that they cover most conditions which is not true when you are waiting for treatment although advised to travel before treatment starts

Online annuity quotation tool does not function and getting an answer to a phone call is impossible Dont waste your time with this incompetent and unprofessional supposed service

They re so bad
They re so bad Tendency to not listen to you not talk at you They will hang up on you if they feel like it They re just seriously unprofessional Be prepared for it if you call them I just don t recommend them Some of them have seriously bad attitudes as well

Auto replies with impersonal robotic responses
Tried live chat to ask a question about an emergency situation Got cut off before I even finished responding to their initial Hello I m Keith Elin line When I finally got a very brief message through the 3rd time it just gets met with a very long and impersonal copied and pasted paragraph I responded with Is this an automated response I was cut off again

Had an appointment with money help i sat and waited for call with my phone literally in front of me No call soI phoned them they said I had missed the call Trouble is now days phones log any missed calls so you cant get away with working from home and making out you have called the person Obviously no missed call Just a wasted day of work

Webchats cut off before time
Two webchats - got cut off each time by moneyhelper before finishing conversation 2nd adviser just kept repeating text about only providing guidance which I excepted but then went on to cut me off rather than give any useful guidance referral to other organisations websites in addition to the research I ve done myself No help at all

Didn t call me - Pension Safeguarding
I don t know if it s because I m in Australia but I waited weeks to book an appointment on the UK AUS TZ crossover waited an hour from 7pm but alas no call came at the allotted time They ve held up my pension transfers to SIPP and then to Australia with petty beauracracy
