Fist of all I would like to thanks moniepoint team for giving me this wonderful opportunity to share my experience and feedback to them as I am one of their business partner ofcos moniepoint agency is the best agency banking operating in Nigeria when it comes to Network they are working perfectly we only need a small improvement of the network where sometimes you will withdraw money and the money will not reflect in your account instantly and sometimes you will send money especially on Friday you ll see that a customer did not have the value in his account until Monday but with all moniepoint are doing more than what others platform are doing lastly I want talk about moniepoint should bring us a way that we can go to there bank for withdrawal of money or making a deposit of money since moniepoint is a bank by now sometimes we find it difficult to go another bank for making withdrawal or deposit the staff of that other banks they normally don t attend to us properly Thank you moniepoint

Moniepoint s website is being used to facilitate scammers in their frauds whether they know this or not
Moniepoint s website is being used to help scammers The scammers direct the victim to the website where one can enter their lottery claim details Moniepont behaves as if they do not know what is happening I was contacted by Monepoint s Facebook Messenger telling me that I had won a large sum of money and it was then that I was asked to go to Moniepoint Cargo s website which takes all my personal details including copies of my passport etc They also direct me to their claim site where more personal details were taken I think they may be connected to the Dave Johnson Powerball Lottery scam also because both came to me on Facebook at the same time

Even 0 Star if possible Moniepoint is one stop bank for the scammers to use for scamming people their customer service can not provide any valuable information when you call them they are very useless The account number where used to scam my wife Account Name YakubuAccount number 8169820003we called to report this issue to them but they could not provide any information they rather covered to say they are not in charge to take action

This is now 2 weeks I receive about 10 emails everyday about a Moniepoint customer which seems to have input my email address instead of his or in addition to his I receive many personnal information cr dit d bit account statements I have reported this to Monipoint support but they did not do anything to date and I am still being spammed with their customer personnal information Beside the hassle of being spammed to me that is very critical a bank company can t fix confidentiality issues in a timely fashion
